Solved: float x2 settings way off recommended

So I have a float x2 on a turbo levo.

It’s messed up.

I tried recommended settings and the rebound is barely returning the shock to full extension - like the speed you push ice cream out of a push pop slow.

Settings are

245 psi.
Lsr 5 clicks
Hsr 3 clicks.
Lsc 11 clicks.
Hsc 5 clicks.

The shock also makings this gushing sound when cycled.

Any ideas?

If I turn the hsr to 8 clicks aka fully open the shock starts to act like a shock should.

Bought a shock wiz. Said my shock had too many spacers in it…there were no spacers in my shock.

Sent it back to fox and they warrantied it. They claimed the air and oil had mixed. For other trouble shooters my shock had been broken this since day 1.
