Cycling is a sport with many benefits. It is not only good for physical and mental health, but also a good choice for environmental protection and low carbon. But everything has its pros and cons, and if the riding posture or method is not right, it may cause a series of problems.

1. Knee injury is one of the most common injuries for cyclists. The main reasons for knee injury are excessive single riding intensity, falling and scratching, and wrong riding posture.

2. Cramps. Cramps are a pain that most cyclists will experience. During cycling, cramps are prone to occur in the legs, hands, back and neck. Causes of cramps: not warm-up before exercise, lack of water and electrolytes during cycling, excessive fatigue and overload.

3. Hands are numb. When riding for a long time, the risk of numbness and weakness of the hands will be greatly increased due to the compression of the ulnar nerve or the median nerve of the hand by the bicycle grip, resulting in a lack of control of the bicycle and unexpected danger.
