I've used almost nothing but e-transfer for the last 5+ years. The money goes in your account, it's easy. You can ask your bank if there is a certain amount of time while they "verify" the deposit, but it's pretty damn safe.

Interact etransfer is a safe method of payment but offers no protection to the "buyer" if he gets scammed.

I've been using it though to pay stuff here at PB and all the sellers I've dealt with are honest in my experience.

Many years ago I got scammed though on a sob story on why the seller does not like Paypal Goods and Services. If someone is asking you to pay using Paypal gift, he is most likely to be scam artist.
