Bontrager front hub conversion

I'm looking to convert a front bontager hub from (142mm, 12mm) to (135mm, QR). Having a hard time finding the conversion kit. The guy I bought the wheel set from said it was converted from 135mm qr to 142mm 12mm. The inside diameter of the shaft is 15mm. No idea what model they are...having a hard time identifying them and/or finding the conversion kit.

Did you mean to say rear hub?

I don't recall ever seeing a Bontrager 142 mm front.

Your pics look like it's a 15x150TA.. You might want to contact your trek dealer to find out if a conversion is an option.
