I am having a little trouble with setup on my Switchblade. I’m 6ft and am riding a large with 35mm rise bars and 780 wide. With a 50mm stem I find the bike really hard to ride up technical climbs. The front just lifts and I loose balance. I put a 60 mm stem on which was much better on the climbs but found myself over the front on the downs. Just can’t seem to find that sweet spot

I am running 94 psi in the fork with 3 volume spacers. Recommended compression and rebound from Pivot

Shock I’m running 240 psi and pivots recommended compression and rebound settings

I am 89kg with gear on. I haven’t tried the flip chip it’s still in the standard setting. Any help would be really appreciated

What tires do you have on currently? Stem (for reach generally speaking) would definitely help but im sure throw your forward generally on the descents. I noticed between my attempts with Cushcore, then to Tubo Light liners with lighter base tires, and placing the bike chip to "climb" greatly enhanced its abilities as a climber.... I put on piggy tires Continental Kyptotal which diminished any gains i could have possibly gotten and switched to Versus trail casing tires and saw a drastic improvement in its ability to climb.... racers ( professional coach) I have spoken to, said that tires overall make such a substantial difference in how any bike performs... could not have been more true. Just my thoughts, you may perhaps need something more drastic. I am super frustrated with my XTR groupset to date that I am actually on here looking to see who, if anyone has changed to Sram GX AXS or Trasmission, which im trying to ensure I get proper group set(ie chain ring) to suit superboost 157. Another thing to note, the DT Swiss hub standard on bike may not have enough point of engagement ... I am thinking of switching to I9 Hydra, this might also possibly help you.

Hey man, I've been riding my switchblade v2 for the past two years and loving the bike. However, I have been considering a more local XC/Trail bike for the past year and TOTALLY forgot about the flipswitch. I changed it to the Hi position and it made a WORLD of a difference. Like it totally changed it to what I was looking for. Now I'm getting rid of the DD Dissector i have in the rear and DHF up front to a more friendly light tire (Rekon up front and Ardent Race out back) to see if it lightens it up even more.

I also have the AXS GX in the rear (but it's not the new transmission) and I am loving it.

I think your suspension setting might be a little firm. Most mfg recommendations are.
Pivot's DW link ratios create a lot of anti-squat (firming up) while peddling. That's what makes it such an amazing flat trail climber but can be harsh on techy climbs.

Set your suspension based on sag, not recommended numbers. 30% rear / 25% front (fork).
Also, try backing off your LSC and LSR at both ends and see if that helps.
