Anyone know what's up with TakeaHikeShop?

Not sure if this is an appropriate place to ask, but does anyone know what's going on with this shop? I've ordered close to a grand worth of stuff from them over the past few years, and they've been awesome. Bought a new dropper from them 2.5 weeks ago and haven't heard anything (called, texted, emailed, and no responses). I'd like to give em the benefit of the doubt due to past experiences, but I just checked Yelp and FB reviews and it seems like something has happened in the last couple months as lots of people are having similar experiences now.

Thoughts? I know it's a shot in the dark, but I figured I might as well ask here before I open a claim with my credit card.

Looks like you’re not alone. Did a quick online search and lots of angry customers in the past month or so. Glad you posted this. I’ve bought from them before with zero issues and would have again if I hadn’t seen this.

Yeah, so weird. Like I said, my experiences, up until a couple weeks ago, have been great. They were sort of my secret little shop when bike parts were so hard to get during the pandemic. Makes me wonder what went down over the past couple months.

Looks like I get to open my first disputed claim with my credit card. Woohoo!

They ripped me off. Never sent my suspension fork. Don’t return calls texts or email.
I called the local police department on them. Officer Tipton.
They gave me a tracking number but never sent anything. This is considered mail fraud and I am reporting this to the USPS fraud department.
I finally got my money back from my credit card company but still am pissed.
Fight back against scammers like this!
