OK. I want it all. Almost have it with my Canyon Grail: ON CF 7. Only problem is the cockpit is too low for my old body. I need higher handlebars relative to the seat so I am not so aggressively positioned. Here's my list of must haves. I'd love your recommendations:

1. Gravelish Frame / Wheels
2. Bosch Performance line motor with 500 w/h battery
3. Category 3 (28 mph)
4. Carbon or aluminum is fine
5. 50-mile range minimum

Recommendations?
