Just had an M29 delivered week before last after a 4 month wait.
Had 2 days at bike parks in wales and loved the bike. However, upon return home and giving it a proper clean there was some fairly serious paint chipping / delamination to the bb shell and the bottom of the downtube which aren’t protected by the poor fitting and frankly not fit for purpose downtube protector.
I’m so pissed off. Obviously I expect some cosmetic damages over time but this is totally excessive, especially for its maiden voyage.
The paint is just not bonded to the carbon and has started on a path of chipping off, it’s even spread to under the poor fitting dt protector.

Anybody else have this issue?
