Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my brakes from 160mm to 180mm, I've found the post adaptors fro sale but none with the longer bolts. Does anyone have a link to some as a kit? Or the length ilof bolts needed? And that they are M6 thread.

Probably about 35-40mm, M6 x 1.
You need to make sure there's about 9-13mm of thread engaged in the frame/fork, so get your trusty ruler out and measure from the height of caliper mounts, height of the adapter at each end, then add 9-13mm.
