Freeride and dh trails near Fort Collins

im looking to build some DH and freeride trails along the Poudre Canyon this winter. Colorado has a sick amount of dirt jumping but not enough big bike stuff. Ideally, it would be about an hour or so from fort collins, a mix of big jumps, tech, and loam. I'm new to colorado and not familiar with building pirate trails, so any tips or help would be appreciated.
