MicroShift Advent X Tensioning Issue

Hi, I recently (2 months ago) installed an Advent X drivetrain onto my DMR Sled. I did so as I had previously used this drivetrain on my old bike for over a year with no issue. However, recently the derailleur has not been tensioning the chain correctly, leading to the chain falling off when pedalling. Another issue is that the derailleur will not change down from the lowest gear without a small hit or a tiny bunnyhop. I have tried lubricating the tensioning joint and turning the clutch on and off but even this won't help and currently the clutch switch is not moving. Any ideas?

Is the chain that slack during use?

Yes, it means that I can't pedal and won't tension even when given a smack.

Hard to tell but looks to me the derailleur is stuck and may just need replacement or a warranty

I've sent a warranty claim and have been told to loosen the clutch which I'm going to try later and I hope it helps otherwise I'm going to be pretty narked.
