I'm currently in the middle of a build and trying to save some money and reuse parts I already have. My current bike has a boost QR141 rear wheel, the bike I'm building is 12 x 148. I have some spare DT350 hubs. Am I able to swap the DT hub onto my QR wheel and utilize the same spokes or will I need to buy new spokes

You will need new spokes. Two reasons- imo when you build a new wheel it’s best to use new spokes regardless as the old spokes have been fatigued through riding them, so might as well just use new ones. Second reason, in your case is that the dimensions of the hubs you have and are using will need to be exactly the same, maybe a millimeter or two difference, otherwise the spokes willl be too short or too long. So yes, new spokes and nipples are in order.
