Why was I listed as a "scammer" and my account closed? Now all my previous sales and all listings are GONE

My account was blocked and I was listed as a "scammer" despite having never scammed anyone or ever having a dispute with anyone. I posted in the "bugs" forum and my account was unblocked. I dont know if im still listed as a "scammer" or not but at least now I can get to my messages.

However, my sales history... ALL of it is GONE. That is all of my credibility as a seller. Can I get it back or is gone forever.

Also, ALL my listings are gone. I spent hours posting them. Can they be recovered?

Ive already had sellers i was trying to buy from tell me they wont sell to me because i was listed as a scammer. This is hurting my credibility here. I didnt do anything wrong. Or at least, if I did, I havent been informed as to what it is in any way.

I need help.
