Been looking at upgrading to a modern geometry bike, but want to keep myself below 1500CAD, with a hardtail.
Been eyeing the Talon 1 or 0, mostly because the prices are right and the bikes seem solid. Plus, it looks quite easy to install an internal dropper on these as the holes and channels are part of the frame from the factory (unlike the Treks and CDs of the same price points), and the air forks appeal as well.
My only concern is that I want to go Tubeless, and can't find much online about the Giant GX03V wheels; has anyone here set these over to be tubeless? I would assume it would just require a complete re-tire (as well as the normal tape, valve, and goo installs) but would hate to buy the bike and [then/I] find out that I'm SOL on these rims.
