Difference in Spurs?

Just wondering if there is a significant difference between the original spur and new model? Other than the colour. Goal is to purchase one at the end of the season and if I can get a good condition used one vs. a new one would be preferred.

Same bike, just different colors and components. The new models with the Fox suspension you could up the fork travel to 130mm if interested, other than that frame itself is the same.
