It’s a badass DH ebike. But it’s going to be new in the lineup, not a limited edition. The first 30 units were available to existing customers for a reduced price. After that, they’ll be available to everyone. I already have the new race pack Voima, so I’ll wait for the Sonni to have the new Pinion MGU with belt drive or the future Bosch equivalent.

Yes, I knew it wasn’t a limited edition in production, but that it was limited to some first buyers (my piss-poor heading )

Didn’t know it was limited to first 30.

I am in two minds over Voima or Sonni downduro, but as Leo did hint in an Instagram answer to me, that he is looking at the Pinion MGU, I may also wait.

Strange that PB hasn’t picked up on Pole’s Gravity range release…

I just wish the thing had provisions to properly mount a water bottle. I know it sounds silly but definitely a deal breaker for me.

Luckily the Voima still has plenty of space for water bottles. However, if or when the Sonni comes with the Pinion MGU with belt drive or Bosch race equivalent I’ll definitely get one. But I’m skeptical about the motor hanging below the top tube and I’d rather have the option of a key lock for the battery and a battery charge option while still in the bike.
