Looking for a bike for my 12yo daughter. Really trying to stay between $500-700. I sat her on a Giant size XS with 26' wheels and it fit her perfect. Hoping to to find her a budget bike with modern components. So far Canyon's Grand Canyon is the best value I've found. It come with a 12spd Shimano group set, and hydraulic brakes all for about $600. Only problem is it comes only in 27.5 which I am afraid may be a tad too big for her right now. Just trying to put a feeler out there to see if there are any other bikes worth taking a look at.

My son has as TreK Fuel Jr. I got second hand but he's quickly outgrowing it and needing to keep up with me Razz

I got my 12 year old a used 2022 stump jumper s2 last year. I’ve seen the 2021 and newer sell for as low as $1000 , the s1 and s2 has been easy to find.
