LIV lower seat clamp

Hi, My wife's lower seat clamp on her LIV bike cracked. Does anyone know a source for one? I've tried a few LBS, but no luck. I ordered a KS LEV/DX/INT/272 that looks just like it, but the curved bottom of the clamp would not sit flush into the cradle on the seat post. Thank you
