Folks,
Trying to find support. I am posting a WTB. I get a notice that the posting is suspicious and an email is being sent to verify. I never get the email. I have verified the address is correct. I have checked spam/junk. Not sure what to do next or who to contact. None of the staff have titles related to web issues that I can tell.

Same thing for me. So I went and commented on a thread... but nothing seems to be working to get me to a post. No email sent to me for verification.

Same here, very annoying. I looked on the PB contact Us section and messagedbthe 2 people tagged against advertising but no response as yet.

Received the same message when trying to post in classifieds. Actually first message was it's been over a year you need to verify and email has been sent but email never came. Then when trying to post a 2nd time received Your last PB Buysell posting was suspicious and email sent but email never came. Never had a problem in the past. I emailed [email protected] and various other moderators but no one responded. Is there a solution to this?

I had the exact same issue, Jake28 sorted it for me but couldn't explain the cause of the problem

I'm in the same boat. I've had the exact same messages as others have posted here when trying to post a bike to sell about not posting something for sale in over a year and subsequently saying my ad was suspicious. In all cases, it was supposed to send me an email which never shows up. I've messaged support, mods jake28 3 days ago and canadaka yesterday. I haven't received a response from anybody. Are they even getting the messages? I realize folks have a life and can't always respond as fast as we would like but this getting frustrating.

I can see maybe they can't fix right away but a response would be great. Kind of like a ship at sea with no one at the
helm! I'm sure it will get fixed at some point or do I have to redo account and start from fresh?

I am also having this issue. The first time it said that it had been over a year since I last posted. Tonight I got the "suspicious listing" message. I have not received any emails to verify my account yet.
