This would be such a simple thing to design and print (and I already have) but what material does everyone think might be best to use? I printed them in polycarbonate but have PETG and PLA to play with as well. Maybe nylon or ABS might be better.

I’d say probably not pla cause it’s to brittle. Nylon probably be best. Let me know how it works would be cool to print

pla+ might be ok depending on how its designed and printed.
Nylon is probably best as mentioned before.

I figured nylon. Time to pick up a roll.

I installed the polycarbonate ones last night and so far so good but I'll know more after a ride. Luckily they are easy to swap out

Started going down the nylon rabbit hole and decided not to fuss with that and found a place that sells Fox crush washers cheap so I decided to go that route.

Yeah nylon requires a decent setup, especially one that can withstand the high temps easily.

Printing with Carbon Filament is also an option

I've had really good luck with PLA+ on my elegoo printers, 3pro, 3max and now my rapid prototype 4pro.

For final jobs or Nice objects will print on my bambu x1 - Ive printed Carbon PA for some brake levers, But man im nervous about using them.
I've also used it for making molds etc, Made some cool stuff.

Was wondering why you are going through the hassle? They are super cheap, and when performing a lower service or air spring change they come with new ones. If anyone ever needs some- hit up any suspension shop, like us they probably have a handful of extras laying around.

Would have been nice to make them if I had the material on hand already but I don't. Hence why I ended up just ordering new crush washers haha.
