The insert which you screw the BB in is getting loose in the carbon frame, anyone had this issue before?

Contact TR, Its an epoxy issue and can sometimes happen on carbon frames, Canyon recently(last year) had a mass production run with its spectral, 125, 150 & torque's with this issue widespread.

TR will sort you out.
