Couldn't find an existing thread so posting this here...

Was curious about the new Tracer 29 despite there being limited reviews (there were reviews on the 279 including the PB field test).

I've had the bike for 3 weeks and have noticed some flex coming from the rear end to the point where the drive-side crank is rubbing on the chainstay. All the bolts have been torqued to spec, and it's the first time I've ever experienced this with a carbon frame.

I called Intense and they said they had no previous knowledge of anyone reporting this and asked me to send them an email with pictures and videos (they haven't responded to my email yet which seems to be in line with what others have shared on their support). Curious if anyone has noticed anything similar with the new Tracer, or other recent Intense models?

I know some flex may be normal, but flexing to the point the cranks are damaging the frame seems excessive.

I have a 2023 Tracer 29 Pro with this issue. Have you found anything out?

Bike has already had a rear triangle replacement. Happens on drive side as that is my right foot back rider style.
