Has anyone come up with a solution for this? I broke one in a crash, and I would like to replace it, as the lever blade itself is fine. According to Magura I need to replace the entire lever, which seems absolutely stupid for tiny little screw that likely costs $0.10

Wondering what options exist.

Inserted for reference or of the assembly to potential have someone create one in CAD? I broke the only one that I have out of the lever, but I'll get some shots on it tomorrow.

As you can see, the bolt sheered at the head, but fits into the back of the lever, screws through with the threads acting as the reach adjustment, and the head shaped press the piston to actuate the brake. The plastic dial is simply just fitted onto the top of the bolt from the other side.

It seems simple, yet Magura do not offer a replacement, which seems incredibly stupid.

Rather than attempting a 3D print the replacement could you perhaps source a similar bolt from a hardware store and grind the head to suit?

just looks like a grub screw. I would go down to a specialty hardware store and look around

Exactly - a grub screw with a slightly larger head. Not sure why OP posted for 3D print of the hardware here. I feel like either I'm missing something or maybe the OP just put his query in the wrong thread.

Was unfamiliar with a grub screw, to be honest, and in a similar thread found via google (on a different site), most people seemed to think printing was going to be the best option, albeit no one had a solution. Thought I would try my luck here.

I will check the stores and see what I can come up with. At least this has sent me on the right path. Thanks.
