I have a pair of 29 x 2.2 Continental CrossKing Protection tires from a batch made in 2021 mounted on a pair of OEM Roval 25mm allum rims from an Epic EVO (622-25C). I wanted to mount them on a set of 27mm hookless carbon rims but I noticed embossed on the sidewall of the tires "ONLY MOUNT ON HOOKED RIMS" and after looking around, most carbon rims are now all hookless or TSS.

Has anyone mounted Continental XC tires to Hookless rims with or without issues? I would hate to have to get different tires. I noticed that Tom Pidcock has a set of RaceKing Protection 2.2 on 30mm hookless rims but the tires he gets are not the same as the retail version that I've seen.
