Hi folks,

Just went through a weird thing here.

Have had a Profile since 2002 and decided it was time to update the email address I'd been using forever.
Went into my Profile and found the tab that allows you to do that. Went through the process and when I logged into the new email address in order to use the "confirm email" link it wouldn't work.
It said something like, "you must wait for administrator approval," or something like that. No problem.
Well, that never came after a day or so.

Sent an email to bugs@pinkbike.com and never got a response. Ever.
Next thing I know is my account has been deactivated. Huh???
Found another email to try and never got a response from that either. Ever.

So, I ended up setting up a brand new profile.
Doesn't sound like a big deal, but I lost 20 plus years of pics and Mail correspondence that I'd reference quite often.

Anyway, has anybody else run across this?
