Cookie Disclaimer Window Only Gives You Option To Accept

I saw a couple posts about this and comments were made by Mods that it was fixed but it doesn't seem to be or I'm missing something? The cookie disclaimer window mentions that you need to click "COOKIE PREFERENCES", but the only thing that's clickable is the Privacy Policy and ACCEPT. I'm assuming COOKIE PREFERENCES is supposed to be a clickable link? I'm on Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit)
