So I ordered a 2023 tyee with the rockshox super deluxe coil, I am 185-190lbs geared up and opted for the 500# spring at the recommendation of a friend that weighs the same and has the same bike. Propains website recommends a 550# coil for my weight . I am just curious to others experiences with spring rates with these bikes. Post your weight and spring rates if you can.

I weight 78kg with gear. Got a 500 and i'm at 30% sag. So maybe I go 550. I think 500 is al little to plush for me and for big hits.

I rode with the 500# spring for a few rides and had a decent amount of bottom outs. Switched to the 550# and it has been perfect.

I'm around the same weight and also feel as though my 500lb spring is a bit too soft. Debating on going up to a 550lb or 600lb spring this season.
