So I have a current gen scout. I'm thinking of adding some travel. I got the RS SD 205x57.5 so it has the 7.5mm travel reduction spacer. If I was to remove that spacer it becomes a 205x65 and that is too much for a scout. Max is a 205x62.5. The travel reduction spacer is concentric....it fully wraps the shock shaft, so I would have to do a full shock disassembly, order a 2.5mm travel reduction spacer....and install it. That is enough of a pain in the ass for me not to do it. So I'm thinking what if I added a 4th volume reduction token (I already run 3). Would that limit the travel so that it doesn't mess up the IFP. Any other easy way to limit the travel to 62.5mm. I'm also thinking of doing the cascade link, and changing my lyrik air spring to 170mm if I do shock and link, or 160mm if I just do link. So the question is best way to limit the travel of the shock to 62.5mm after removing the current travel reduction spacer.
