I was wondering what the difference is between single, double and triple wall rims. I know the triples are stronger. What I want to know is what is the difference in how are they constructed?

there are so many triple wall rims out there, there just arent as many sold today because the double walls have became pretty much just as strong but way lighter.
and the ody hazard light, one of the most popular hubs out there today is still a triple wall. just most don't notice that.
Ill tell you the difference the more walls the better. And the ARAYA RB-J1 is the strongest bmx rim ever made. They rare becuase they dont make them anymore.

Thats the rim but trust me. It can take alot of abuse.
Strange, must be thick material then, hard to tell from the picture if you don't know the width of the rim.
Ye there pretty thick. My bro rides it and it takes alot of abuse, because hes a street/park rider. I would recamend to anyone who gets an opertunity to buy this rim. BUY IT!. You will injoy it while it last's
