lost, need help with fork settings please

messed with the knobs and clickers on my 11’ rock shox boxxer rc and now seem to be lost in the infinite hellscape of suspension tuning, trying to find where i was.. what’s best/where i should be. wondering what my lsc hsc and rebound and all of that should be set at. with that being said, can anyone recommend a good middle of the road setup that works for general “downhill” conditions. or even what some of you guys are running in your (similar) forks. if that’s even possible given what i’m saying makes sense in the first place just trying to find my way..
