Can you tell me how you are treated ?? Welll, I bough a Pushcoil Eleven in 2022 to use in a Specialized Levo G2 and after 1 ride , specialized told that would brake my frame, after a while Push start a Free recall to replace some parts that repair it for Levo G2, I opened a Recall babd told them that would take a time to send it (I live in Brasil), and Jaired said OK. I sent it with a brother friend that live in Los Angeles but he took a long time to do it, after the piece got in this January on Push Industries I sent a email to remind , told then about the recall and Jaired said ok, after done they sent me a invoice of 190usd for a Free Recall!!! I told that I will not pay and I want my shock back as I sent, he told me because of time the recall is not free but if you check push website and emails changed wasn't a limit time to do it!!! It should be told me before make the service and not after!! How should I do?? Can someone help me??
