After only a few minutes of descending, I have quite some soreness on the sole of my foot, enough where I would need to sit and relieve pressure from the foot to continue. I’m currently running Giro Chamber IIs on Shimano XT Trail pedals with the cleat positioned on the ball of the foot, slightly on the inside of the sole. Because of where I live there aren’t any opportunities to do sustained DH runs, only around 5-6 days a year during vacations, so maybe the foot muscles aren’t used to the effort. I have had a similar problem on 5.10 Sleuth DLXs, but not nearly as painful. Not entirely sure what to do given the circumstances, would a further rearward cleat position help? All input is appreciated
