Hi all,

will be my first outing on my downhill hill bike over the weekend, 3 days riding and 2 days at dyfi bike park

Firstly im clueless when it comes to suspension adjustments.

on the fork is suggested air pressures which ill follow..

Can anyone tell me some clicker settings to use please?

im 88KG and ride mainly techy, fast stuff. no big jumps or hucks to flat

i know everyone will like different, but just a figure to go off would be great, i cant find anything online atall
