Has anyone in New Zealand managed to source these replacement straps from somewhere that doesn't coime with exorbitant shipping costs?

Happy to consider an alternative that works too! An o-ring with a tab would be perfect if such a thing exists..

Only as part of the pump service kit. Those straps burn out too quickly eh, I’ve lost two in quick succession.

Yea, they do. I found you can get them from mtbdirect.com.au at the moment, so I just ordered a few of them to last a few years.

I couldn't find them anywhere when mine snapped so I just improvise with generic rubber o-rings.

Is OneUp not willing to send you more at their cost?

I had a similar issue with WolfTooth's straps and they just sent me a bunch (not in NZ, but also not in the USA).

I've had really good experiences with One Up support as well (though not with respect to the straps).
