Has anyone had any dealings with Simplon?

I really wanted a Pinion MGU bike, and their Rapcon PMax appeared to be the best of the few full suspension MGU bikes available.

I contacted Simplon to ask if I could buy one, and they told me I had to use one of their dealers.

I used the list on their website, and contacted a few dealers. One - Jonito Bikes came back with a very fast and professional response... and I ordered the bike in January. Delivery was meant to be around now.

A couple of days ago Jonito contacted me and told me that Simplon had revoked their dealership, and are refusing to supply the bike.

Jonito have been very apologetic and professional, and immediately returned my deposit.

But I complained to Simplon and have had no response. Not even acknowledgement of my email.

I appreciate that Simplon can choose who their dealers are, but it seems pretty unprofessional to wait two months before rejecting an order.
I'm now left without a bike.

Just wondered if I should look for another dealer, or they are an unprofessional clown company.
