Does anyone here experience suttering front brakes on Shimano rotors when applying medium pressure?

I'm using some old XTR M9020 2-pot calipers on new SM-RT76 Discs. I had them on an old bike i bought used and since the brakes work so well, i swapped them on my new bike. I allready had the stutter issue and i thought it was because the ICE-TEC rotors were old and worn down. Now i have new ones (Non ICE-TEC) and the stuttering remains. It isn't much of a problem on the trail, but the last part of my hometrail is a long steep road and braking can end up in quite a resonance there. And i suspect my old fork has seen an early end because of that.

The source clearly are the larger cutouts where the spider connects to the brake-face as i can replicate the problem by turning the wheel by hand and applying light brake pressure. I now have two options: Try 4-pot calipers and maybe the larger pad area is less affected by the change of surface (I know Coulombs Law of Friction and it doesn't apply on non-uniform contact surfaces), or i have to search 1.8 mm discs with less fancy cutouts which is a bit of a pain as everyone seems to go fo thicker rotors. Anyone has the same Problem, or can confirm with certainty that it works with 4-pots?
