2023 fox grip 2 36 fork not reacting to knob position changes

My bike is new from March , i have a fox 36 grip two on it and now its not reacting to any knob changes. Fully locking out or opening both high speed and low speed compression dials does absolutely nothing. Anyone else have this issue before??

Fork also maintains air and is not leaking oill

Recommend taking it to the LBS and getting them to look - should be under warranty.
