Choosing a spring for Fox DHX2

I'm struggling to decipher the list of spring options I have available to me. I have a Fox DHX2 (200mm eye-to-eye, 57mm stroke) and weigh ~80kg. From the I think I should have a spring rate of 500 or 550 lbs/in although I'm not sure how significant the difference between these will be?
Also from the options available to me it is hard to find one with precisely 57mm stroke length and the right spring rate. I'm aware that downsizing stroke length is a bad idea as it will cause harsh bottom outs but what is the leniency for upsizing? Would a 67mm stroke work ok? I don't see why not as surely a fixed spring rate translates to the same characteristics between 57mm and 67mm stroke except with a lesser chance of bottoming out with the 67mm?
