I normally ride a specialized status but I’m considering also getting a downhill bike for some intense sessions at bike parks. What’s some good downhill bikes for park riding, or should I stick with the status?

Commencal Clash. 180 up front, 170 in the rear. Solid do it all. Can pedal it up and blast on the way down.

Sounds like the dream, I’ll have to check it out, what wheel size are you running?

The clash is a 27.5 only bike. Its all I've ever needed. I popped a custom RS SDU coil on though as the air shock just doesn't do it for me.

Can’t go wrong with 27.5, I’ll have to look into trying the clash. I’m not too fussy about coil or air shock as I’ve got a Status and it isn’t coil compatible. That being said I’d definitely like a coil on a DH bike. Thanks for the recommendation
