Has anyone else with a 23/24 Fluid FS experience a failure of their horrible Bear Pawls hub? The bike was perfectly fine without a sign of the impending doom when all of a sudden the hub locked up. The bike is 3 months old and when my LBS contacted Norco they were told they have no replacement hub bodies but offered a hub and wheel rebuild credit that honestly won't even come close. There were two other bikes in the shop with the same hub failure. Anyone else have the same experience?

The only thing I can offer, is that Norco explained to me (at least for the 2023 Fluids), is that the models A2-A4 were equipped with the BearPawls BMB-008 (rear), and the A1 got the better BMB-004. I have not experienced any trouble yet with my '23 A1. I do remember Mike Kazimer saying (during last years youtube review of the Fluid A1), that their test bike did have hub play after testing... So must be a thing. Sorry to hear about your trouble. What did you end up doing? Something I may have to look forward too...
I had my 23 FS A3 rear Bear Pawl hub go boom as well, It was July of last year. I had the bike delivered on June 10 so didn't take long to go Bust. It didn't lock up was was making all kinds of noise. Norco replaced the Hub under warranty. I plan on replacing the wheels set at some point with better hubs and rims.
