I have 05 dirt jumper 3s,been running them for a season and a half, and they click all the time when compressing. At first i thought it wasn't normal so i searched in the pinkbike forums for something about it. Everyone said that it was absolutely normal, all the '05 dj3s did that... i don't know about '04 dj2s.. but i wouldn't worry about it too much Salute

i think its the seals.
there a little bit too tight so they click......mine clicked for 2 years, then i sold em.
they dont click anymore, and the seals are dead... coincidence?

Hey i got a 04 dj2s. The forks are crazy stiff with no reboud! What can I do to make them nice and plush and fast reboud?

its the spring clicking agaisnt the stantion as they compress its nothing to worry about if you really want to stop it you could put a roadie tube arround the spring with a few holes in the tube...
