This was touched on a few years ago. Looking for an update so checking here and one other forum...

Has anybody out there run a Giant Anthem X 29 Advanced with a 120 mm fork and had issues with the frame cracking or is it all good?

I have a 2016 Giant AX 29 Advanced and I put a Fox 34 SC 120 mm fork on it to use this bike as my xc smoother trails bike for now. It works well vs the oem 100 mm fork. Once I can afford a modern geo xc bike I may sell this to a friend.

Thanks in advance for any feedback
