I’ve got a Rythm 34 with the grip Damper, it came stock on my Trek Top Fuel 9.7 that’s technically a 2023 model year but I bought it this year. Fox website says it’s a 2024, 34, A, FLOAT, 29in, Rhythm, 120, Grip, Sweep-Adj
I am thinking of buying an upgraded damper for it, most likely the grip 2, but can’t seem to find any info if they’ll work. Some people say yes some say no, most threads I’ve found are for the previous version of the fork.
Does anyone know if the newer Rythm 34 can use the Grip 2 damper?
I know 100% that if it is the 34 Rhythm with the "squared off" looking brace, it will NOT work. Not sure if they changed the fork for '23 or '24.
No idea about the newer one with the "rounded" looking brace like the Performance - Factory 34's. Also, no idea if 120mm is an issue with Grip2, have only seen 130mm and up.
Would ask Fox directly instead of relying on forum feedback when investing that kind of cash for an upgrade.

I’m still waiting on Fox to reply but I did ask them.
