On the market for a new bike. I see a lot of sales on gt, specifically the sensor. I have no experience with the brand and wondering if they don't last long, questionable quality, ect. Currently on an Evil for reference, but I tend to get 5 years out of a frame. reliabiluty matters the most but is the sale a KOD and they wont be around in a few years? What are peoples experiences with the brand?

GT has been around since the 70s. The company is restructuring, but not closing, so support should still be okay on their bikes. Go watch some recent Skills with Phil videos on YouTube - the dude is an absolute beast and the GT he rides eats it up. If the GT can survive under Phil I think you'll be fine. Here's his bikes video page LINK and it includes a Sensor.
