RED mountain - can I use the climb trail

Has anyone used the climb trail at RED mountain bike park without buying a lift ticket? Their website doesn't specify I can't use the trail without a ticket, but I know there's been issues with it being privatized.

Are you asking if it's okay to enjoy riding the bike park trails without having to pay for any of the trail maintenance provided by the park employees?
I believe that's called 'trail poaching' and I'd steer clear of participating in that scenario.

Anyhow, looking at the FAQ on their site it implies that you have to get a ticket to pedal up.

Yes, e-bikes are allowed. There is no separate “pedal up” or “enduro” ticket or pass. Your ticket or pass purchase gives you access to the Silverlode Chairlift and all its maintained trails, including the new “Red Riding Hood” climb trail.

Ive seen the FAQ and that's why I'm asking. It implies but doesn't say it. I think they can't charge for climbers because there's a grey area on the issue atm. It's a complex situation, the trails were actually community built by community raised funds, not by RED.
