190 mm × 50 mm (7.5" × 2.0") shock size.

It's 6.5x1.5" (165x38mm) for a Stinky 2-4.

not for the 2-4, I have one in my garage that I'm waiting on a x-fusion 165 x 38 XC shock for my kid.

This is correct. The full size Stinky takes the larger shock but the 2-4 takes the 165x38 (6.5x1.5).
