SuppAssistant23 - Account Verification Notice - Phishing?

I received an ODD note in my PB inbox this morning notifying me that my account will soon be frozen, unless I pass some sort of test on Cybersecurity Tactics - Is this a legit request?

If so, PB should list this in their news thread as a requirement - this looks like a Phishing Attempt at first glance.
