not able to see my pink bike messages

Hello All - I keep being notified in my email account that i have a message in my pinkbike inbox - When i click and follow the link it says I can't see this message If i go through pinkbike it shows in the inbox that there is a message but when I click on it there is nothing there anyone else have this problem ? have i been blocked for some reason? Many thanks
