Ibis Ripmo V2s rear triangle axle stripped?

I just purchased a Ripmo V2s and I was going through it and realized the previous owner stripped the rear triangle where the bolt for the axle threads into the rear triangle. The stripped area is on the right side. I tried to torque the bolt to the marked 25nm but it just keeps spinning. When I removed this bolt from the rear triangle, there is barely any threads in the frame for the bolt to screw into. I can still install the axle and torque it to the recommended torque spec of 10nm but i am unable to torque the other side as it just spins. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I don't know how to move forward.

Some bike companies have those threads as part of a separate part, so in case they do get stripped, you only have to replace the part. Otherwise you may have to contact the manufacturer and get a new triangle.
