My 10 year old is asking for a dirt jump bike. He's done quite a lot of mountain biking but this would be new.
I've been looking at the 2007 Scott Voltage YZ0 LTD Timo Pritzel Edition as it fits our budget - does anyone know if this would be suitable? Worried that it might be a bit heavy.

The Scott Voltage YZ0 is a decent older DJ bike but your weight concern is valid, it's a bit on the heavier side for a 10 year old just getting into dirt jumping.
